We had an old conservatory that was either very cold in the winter or very hot in the summer and wanted a way to improve this without the need to have a completely new conservatory. Investigating the internet, we found that there were several options to replace the roof on contacting various companies it seemed that either those companies felt the job was too small or didn’t want to know. However, we then contacted Windows by Design who very promptly came to see us to assess our needs and offer advice on fitting a Guardian Warm Roof to the existing conservatory. They provided sound advice and ideas of what services they provided as well as references from other customers. A quote was emailed promptly to us providing a very reasonable quote for the new roof. Due to the reasonable price in comparison to other companies we choose Windows by Design. Without hesitation I can say we choose wisely. The new roof far exceeds what we expected. It has now become an extension to our house and we spend much of our time in there. It is very warm in the Winter but surprisingly cool in the Summer. The whole process from start to finish was managed by an excellent team who completed the work promptly and within the timeframe they had stated. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We can highly recommend them to the point that we have had further excellent work carried out by the company.
